Any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person, as well as means of contact. Any information of a tax nature necessary for invoicing the provision of our services.
The entry or registration of your personal data implies full and unreserved consent to the processing of your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Notice.
The Personal Data collected by The Natural Vets México will be used for: the provision of alternative veterinary services, identifying the pet's owner, identifying the pet, creating the pet's clinical record, statistics and analysis of health information, recording your data in our file and/or database, and data concerning the charging and invoicing of services.
You may request that The Natural Vets México update your Personal Data and limit its use or disclosure, as well as request information on any aspect relating to the processing of such data, at any time by sending an email to info@thenaturalvets.com.mx, indicating the means and conditions under which you request such limitation.
You are hereby informed that, by accepting this Privacy Notice, the Data Subject is understood to grant authorization for the Data Controller (The Natural Vets México) to transfer their data to Domestic or Foreign Third Parties, where the transfer falls under any of the following circumstances:
- Where it is provided for under legislation in force, as well as under International Treaties ratified by the Mexican State.
- Where it is necessary in order to safeguard the health of the Data Subject.
- Where it is necessary and legally required in order to safeguard the public interest and public order.
- Where it is required for the recognition, exercise, or defense of a right in judicial proceedings.
- Where it is necessary for the maintenance or performance of a legal relationship between the Data Subject and the Data Controller (The Natural Vets México).
The Data Subject is recognized as holding, and may exercise, the ARCO Rights granted by the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, as follows:
- Access: to know the specific information that the Data Controller holds in its possession.
- Rectification: to request the rectification of Personal Data where it is not up to date, is inaccurate, or is incomplete. To exercise this right, documentation evidencing the requested rectification must be submitted in accordance with the Personal Data concerned.
- Cancellation: the blocking and subsequent deletion of Personal Data from our file and/or database where you consider that it is not being used appropriately or for the purposes established in this Privacy Notice.
- Objection: to object to the use of your Personal Data for specific purposes.

The Natural Vets México hereby informs you that you have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data should you disagree with any modifications this Privacy Notice may undergo.
The competent Authority for resolving any conflict or controversy arising from the application of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties is the National Institute for Access to Information and Personal Data (INAI).
