Last updated: August 7, 2026
Welcome to the website of The Natural Vets de México. Access to and use of this website, as well as the request for and provision of our veterinary services, are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
By using this website, requesting an appointment, or engaging any of our services, the owner or person responsible for the patient declares that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
1. Identification
The Natural Vets de México is a veterinary clinic dedicated to the comprehensive care of companion animals and other veterinary patients, through conventional and integrative veterinary medicine services.
Services may include, among others:
- Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine
- Veterinary rehabilitation
- Veterinary homeopathy
- Ozone therapy
- Laser therapy
- Preventive medicine
- Laboratory and diagnostics
- Weight control and nutrition
The provision of each service shall be subject to the medical assessment of the patient and to the corresponding availability.
2. Use of the website
The content of this site is primarily informational and educational in purpose.
The information published on the site, including articles, photographs, videos, treatment descriptions, and educational material, does not in itself constitute a diagnosis, treatment, or veterinary prescription for any particular patient.
Each patient presents individual characteristics and requires a veterinary assessment before the most appropriate treatment can be determined.
The information available on this site does not replace an in-person veterinary consultation or the evaluation of a veterinarian.
3. Requesting and scheduling appointments
Consultations and treatments are preferably provided by prior appointment.
When requesting an appointment, the owner or responsible party must provide sufficient information to identify the patient and to allow the service to be properly scheduled.
Availability of time slots is subject to the clinic's schedule.
Confirmation of an appointment entails the reservation of a care slot for the patient.
Should it become necessary to modify the time of an appointment, The Natural Vets de México will endeavor to offer an alternative in accordance with existing availability.
4. Punctuality
Owners are asked to arrive punctually for their appointments.
Late arrivals may reduce the time available for the consultation or treatment and, depending on schedule availability, may require the appointment to be rescheduled.
In the event that the delay prevents the scheduled service from being properly performed, the clinic may request that the appointment be rescheduled.
5. Cancellations and rescheduling
In order to provide appropriate care to all our patients, we request that cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations or rescheduling made with less notice, as well as appointments to which the patient does not present without prior notice, may give rise to the corresponding charge for the consultation or service reserved, in accordance with the clinic's policies in force.
The purpose of this policy is to protect the time reserved for each patient and to allow other patients to make use of the available slots.
In extraordinary circumstances, The Natural Vets de México may assess each situation on an individual basis.
6. Veterinary services and medical assessment
The indication of a given treatment or service shall depend on the clinical assessment of the patient.
The Natural Vets de México may determine, after carrying out the corresponding evaluation, that a treatment initially requested by the owner is not appropriate, sufficient, or advisable for a given patient.
In such cases, another procedure, treatment, diagnostic study, follow-up, or referral to another veterinary service may be recommended when deemed necessary.
7. Integrative medicine and complementary therapies
The Natural Vets de México offers integrative veterinary medicine services and complementary therapies, including acupuncture, herbal medicine, rehabilitation, homeopathy, ozone therapy, and laser therapy, among others.
The use of these therapies is determined in accordance with the characteristics, clinical condition, history, and particular needs of each patient.
The response to any veterinary treatment may vary between individuals. No specific outcome, defined recovery time, or cure of a disease is guaranteed, as the course of the condition depends on multiple factors particular to each patient and to their illness.
Where appropriate, these therapies may be used as part of an integrative management approach alongside other veterinary procedures or treatments.
8. Information provided by the owner
The owner or person responsible for the patient undertakes to provide complete and truthful information regarding the animal's state of health.
This includes, where applicable:
- Previous illnesses or diagnoses.
- Medications currently in use.
- Supplements or products administered.
- Known allergies or adverse reactions.
- Previous surgeries or procedures.
- Laboratory or diagnostic studies previously performed.
- Recent changes in the patient's behavior, feeding, or general condition.
Incomplete or incorrect information may affect the medical assessment and treatment-related decisions.
9. Follow-up and compliance with instructions
The owner or responsible party undertakes to follow the instructions provided by the veterinarian and to report in a timely manner any relevant change in the patient's condition.
When a follow-up visit, complementary study, or monitoring is indicated, it is recommended that it be carried out within the period specified by the veterinarian.
A patient's progress may be affected by factors such as the nature and severity of the illness, age, general condition, individual response to treatment, compliance with instructions, and other clinical factors.
10. Consent for procedures
Prior to certain procedures, treatments, or interventions, the owner or responsible party may be asked to provide the corresponding authorization.
The veterinarian may explain the purpose of the procedure, its expected benefits, possible risks, available alternatives, and follow-up recommendations, as applicable.
Consent to a procedure does not imply a guarantee of outcome, but rather authorization to perform the procedure after having received the corresponding information.
11. Laboratory and diagnostic studies
Where laboratory studies, imaging, or other diagnostic procedures are necessary, these may be performed by The Natural Vets de México or through external providers or laboratories.
The results of such studies must be interpreted within the patient's clinical context and do not necessarily in themselves represent a definitive diagnosis.
Where necessary, the veterinarian may recommend additional studies or a new assessment.
12. Medications, products, and supplements
Where a treatment includes medications, products, supplements, or preparations of any nature, the owner must follow the instructions provided by the veterinarian.
Modifying the dosage, frequency, or duration of a treatment on one's own initiative is not recommended.
If an adverse reaction or an unexpected change in the patient's condition occurs, the owner must contact their veterinarian and, where appropriate, seek immediate veterinary care.
13. Veterinary emergencies
The Natural Vets de México is not intended to replace 24-hour emergency veterinary services.
The information published on this website must not be used to delay care for a patient presenting a potentially serious condition or one that may place their life at risk.
In emergency situations, the owner must seek immediate veterinary care at a facility having the necessary resources to address such an emergency.
14. Prices and payments
The prices of consultations, treatments, studies, and other services shall be those in force at the time the service is engaged or provided.
The cost of a consultation or procedure may vary depending on the particular needs of the patient and on any additional services required.
Diagnostic studies, medications, supplements, additional procedures, and other services that do not form part of the service initially engaged may give rise to additional charges.
Where possible, the owner will be informed of such costs before any additional services are performed.
15. Photographs, videos, and clinical cases
The Natural Vets de México may use photographs, videos, or information related to clinical cases for educational, academic, or professional dissemination purposes solely where the corresponding authorizations and consents have been obtained.
Where the material may identify the owner, efforts will be made to protect their personal information in accordance with the applicable Privacy Notice.
